How are your products packaged for shipping?
All Batch'd treats are individually wrapped and secured in heavy-duty, food-grade boxes with protective cushioning to ensure they arrive as fresh and intact as when they left our ovens.
What is the shelf life of your baked goods?
Our cookies and brownies are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of arrival. To extend freshness, you can store them in an airtight container or freeze them for up to 3 months.
Do you offer options for people with allergies?
While we offer some products made without gluten or dairy, all our items are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, dairy, and eggs. We recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2-4 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
